R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on October 20, 1981, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with Simien Construction Company, Inc. , for
demolition of the Magnolia Park Swimming Pool; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the demolition of Magnolia Park Swimming Pool is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make final payment to Simien Construction Company,
Inc. , in the amount of $21, 200. 00.
