WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two ( 2 )
flail mowers; and,
WHEREAS, Winnie Farm Equipment, Inc. , of Winnie, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $3, 930.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Winnie Farm Equipment, Inc. , is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Winnie Farm Equipment, Inc. , in the amount of
$3, 930.00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery .
