R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant to
Gulf States Utilities Company the following two (2 ) easements:
1. Proposed electrical equipment easement to
provide service to the remodeled City
Auditorium;
2 . Proposed underground electrical distribu-
tion easement across a portion of Rogers
Park to provide service to R. C. Miller
Memorial Library.
