BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMO NT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay Gulf
States Utilities Company $6, 349.44 for relocation of underground
utilities on Parcel 156 for the Major Drive-Calder Intersection
Project as auttorized by Minute Order No. 77275 of the Texas
Department of Highways & Public Transportation.
