BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
Certificate to the State Department of Highways & Public
Transportation approving and accepting a project which will provide
railroad crossing protection (automatic flashers) on Fourth Street,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" .

Public Transportation
This is to certify that appraves
city/county
and accepts the project for the protection of the described
grade crossing and agrees to forward its remittance to the
Department in the approximate amount of $ 2, 800. 00
upon request . The exact amount is to be determined at the
time of project approval. The undersigned also agrees that
advance warning signs and pavement markings will be in
accordance with State and Federal standards at the time of
project completion.
