BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the plans and specifications dated December 15, 1981 for the
construction of Chinn Lane from Old Voth Road to Homer Drive are
hereby approved, and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to advertise for bids for the the construction of Chinn
Lane in accordance with the plans and specifications herein
approved.
