R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1 )
Crawler Loader; and,
WHEREAS, Fogle Equipment Company of Houston, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $68,087.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Fogle Equipment Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Fogle Equipment Company in the amount of
$68,087.00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
