BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT 'the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an amendment to the 1981 contract with the South East Texas Arts
Council to provide for grants of $2 ,000 for Young Audiences and
$1 ,000 for the Beaumont Heritage Society.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute a 1982 agreement with the SETAC
providing administrative costs and grants totaling $69,667 for
fourteen (14) 1982 projects, as listed below, the total cost to
be funded from proceeds of the Hotel-Motel Occupancy Tax.
