R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of right-of-way needed for the Major Drive-
Calder Intersection for its appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel is hereby authorized:
Parcel 156: Tract 17, City Plat SP-4,
A. Houston League
Owner: Gulf States Utilities Co.
Price: $8,813.00
