BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement with the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation for traffic signal and transit system improvements in
the amount of $101,976.00.
