R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 10, 1981, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Defee Construction Company for the construc-
tion of a livestock barn at Fair Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of a livestock barn at Fair Park is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make final
payment to Defee Construction Company in the amount of $8,307.00.
