BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
lease agreement with the Jefferson County Appraisal District
leasing to it 1 , 244 square feet of office space in City Hall for a
one (1 ) year term at an annual rental of $4,800.
