R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1 )
Automatic Color Print Processor; and,
WHEREAS, Southwestern Camera of Houston, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $5,626.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Southwestern Camera Co. , is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Southwestern Camera Co. , in the amount of
$5,626.00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
