R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of October, 1979, the City of
Beaumont entered into a contract with Signal Engineering Company for
the installation of a computerized traffic signal system; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 to said contract has been
proposed increasing the total cost by the sum of $15,001.00 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 5 to the contract between the City of Beaumont and
Signal Engineering Company to provide for the replacement of the
existing Honeywell Controllers and RIU' s with Multisonic' s 111-G
controllers.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
