R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to appeal
P.U.C . Docket No. 38711 application of Gulf States Utilities Company
for a rate increase;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all actions heretofor taken by
the City Attorney to implement such appeal are hereby ratified.
