R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an air
compressor and purification system to be used in the Fire
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Mako Compressors, Inc. , submitted a bid in the
amount of $11,931.76; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Mako Compressors, Inc. , is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Mako Compressors, Inc. , is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make payment for same .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
