R E S O L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of cars and
pickup trucks for various departments as follows:
( 1) Beaumont Motor Company of Beaumont
(a) 3 each compact pickup trucks $20,240.94
(S-10)
(b) 3 each compact 2 door sedans $17,645.40
(Cheve tte) $37,886 .34
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Beaumont Motor Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Beaumont Motor Company is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make payment for same .
