R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and
installation of mini blinds to be installed in the Best Year' s
Center auditorium on Fourth Street; and,
WHEREAS, Montgomery Wards submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 ,927.50 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Montgomery Wards is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Montgomery Wards is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make
payment upon acceptable delivery and installation.
