R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a contract with Stewart Title Company for title work needed on
additional right of way for the Phelan Boulevard Extension;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that M. L. Lefler, Jr. , be
authorized by contract to do the appraisal work on same. The
estimated cost of appraisals and title work is $10,000.00 .
