R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of
swimming and wading pools in Magnolia Park; and,
WHEREAS, H. B. Neild submitted a bid in the amount of
$622,200.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by H. B. Neild is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of H. B. Neild in the amount of $622,200 .00 is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with same in the amount stated
for construction of swimming and wading pools in Magnolia Park.
