WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one air
conditioning blowing unit to be used at the Health Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Air Comfort, Inc. , submitted a bid in the
amount of $1,230.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Air Comfort, Inc. , is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Air Comfort Inc. , is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make
payment for same.
