R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
modification to Section 4 of the contract between Professional
Aviation Services and the City of Beaumont relating to fuel services
to provide for a $0.03 per gallon flowage fee.
