WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of three parcels of right-of-way needed for the Dowlen
Road Extension Project for their appraised values;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized :
Parcel 1 : 0.029 of an acre in the Charles Williams
Survey : Michael C. Wilson and wife, Lynda
($1 ,882.50)
Parcel 2 : 0 .058 acres in the Thurlow Court
Michael C. Wilson and Wife, Lynda
($2 ,627.60)
Parcel 12: Lot 2, and Lot 54, Block 2,
Westwood Addition
Fannie E. Schultz
($146,389 .75)
