BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign a
license agreement with Drainage District 6 allowing the City to
construct three ( 3 ) pedestrian bridges over Griffing Ditch in
Northwest Park.
