WHEREAS, as a member agency of the Jefferson County
Appraisal District, the City of Beaumont is entitled to cast 695
votes in an election to name the district's 1982 board of
directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to direct
that all 695 votes be cast for S. L. Greenberg who was recently
nominated as a candidate for the board.
