BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to have
a TD20 International bulldozer used at the Sanitary Landfill
repaired by Plains Machinery at a cost of approximately
$9,600.00, said repairs constituting an emergency.
