WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of water
bills to be used in the Water Commercial Department; and,
WHEREAS, the Rein Company submitted a bid in the amount
of $1 ,607.50 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by the Rein Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of the Rein Company is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment
for same upon acceptable delivery .
