R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Mobil Pipe Line Company the amount of $12,054.71 for adjustment
of two ( 2 ) 8" pipelines necessary for the construction of the
Elinor Street assessment paving project.
