R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1900, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Norstock Building Systems, Inc. , for the
construction of the Centr=al Fire Station; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of the Central Fire Station is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make final
payment to Norstock Building Systems, Inc. , in the amount of
$1,100.00.
