WHEREAS, bids were received for Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment Projects; and,
WHEREAS, the following listed lowest companies were the
lowest bidders;

and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bids submitted by the aforementioned contractors are the lowest
and best bids and should be accepted subject to the approval of
the Texas Department of Water Resources and the Environmental
Protection Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids of the above mentioned contractors in the amounts
stated are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute contracts with said
contractors subject to the prior approval of the Texas Department
of Water Resources and the Environmental Protection Agency.
