BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Kinsel Ford, Inc. , $5,558.78 for the purchase and installation of
a new cat diesel engine for a sand truck used to haul sand for the
Sanitary Landfill and is considered an emergency purchase because
of the stringent state regulations governing landfill refuse
covering .
