BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay Hi
Way Equipment Company of Houston, Texas, $1 ,902.00 for the
purchase of one ( 1) 60" Bucket for a 440 Gradall Unit #5029 for
use by the Street Department in the cleaning of ditches.
