WHEREAS, Mr. J. W. Wright, Sr. desires to purchase from
the City of Beaumont the North fifty ( 501 ) feet of Lots 113 and
114, Block 11, Herring Addition; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. J. W. Wright, Sr. turned in the only bid of
$1,250.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to transfer
title to said property for said amount to Mr. J. W. Wright, Sr.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
