BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council set a public hearing for November 3 , 1981, to
consider the following amendments to the Minimum Standards and
Requirements for the Conduct of Commercial Aeronautical Services
and Activities:
1 . Late Payments : All persons making payments to the
City which are more than two ( 2 ) weeks overdue
according to their contract payment terms, shall pay
a late charge of one and one-half ( 1-1/20) percent
per month on the outstanding balance.
2 . Termination, Lack of Insurance : Should any insurance
required by any contract executed in compliance with
these standards lapse, the contract shall auto-
matically terminate as of the time and date of such
lapse and the Fixed Base Operator shall immediately
cease all operations covered by such contract at the
Airport.
