R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on October 8, 1981, bids were received for the
purchase of films for the Library; and,
WHEREAS, Coronet Films & Video of Chicago, Illinois
submitted a bid in the amount of $1,038.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Coronet Films & Video is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Coronet Films & Video in the amount of $1 ,038.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
delivery.
