R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for repairs to a 20 million
gallon raw sewage pump, and,
WHEREAS, Westinghouse Corporation of Beaumont submitted
a bid in the amount of $4 ,200.00 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Westinghouse Corporation is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Westinghouse Corporation in the amount of
$4, 200.00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same.
