BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute an
agreement with the Beaumont Independent School Distsrict providing
for the collection of taxes, the continuance of the Beaumont
Consolidated Tax Agency, and the sharing of allocated costs of the
Agency operations; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term of this agreement is
one ( 1) year with an automatic renewal clause subject to the Agency' s
budget being adopted by both parties. A cancellation clause is also
included .
