BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT firm of Coopers and Lybrand be appointed as independent
auditor for the City of Beaumont for the fiscal year beginning
October 1 , 1981 and ending September 30, 1982 ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby , authorized and directed to negotiate an agreement for
auditing services with Coopers and Lybrand.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
