R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 30, 1981, City of Beaumont entered into
a contract with Duncan Construction Company for the cleaning and
painting of a one million gallon elevated storage tank at the
Liberty and 13th Streets; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the improvements to the storage tank at the Liberty and 13th
Streets are hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make final payment to Duncan Construction Company
in the amount of $16,954.00.
