WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two ( 2)
park shelters and four ( 4 ) picnic tables for use in Perlstein
Park; and,
WHEREAS, Vaughn and Associates, Inc. , submitted a bid in
the amount of $4,726.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Vaughn and Associates, Inc. , is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Vaughn and Associates, Inc. , is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make payment for same upon acceptable delivery .
