BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont renew the maintenance agreement for the
process control computer at the Water Reclamation Division with
IBM Corporation for one ( 1) year for the sum of $7,068.00 . This
includes preventive and call-out maintenance.
