R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant to
Gulf States Utilities Company a 10-foot wide utility easement for
electrical service to the New Beaumont Community Health Clinic.
