BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Frank White and Mrs. Tommy Warren be appointed as lay
members of the Historical Landmark Commission and that Dr.
Ralph Wooster be appointed as a professional historian member
for the terms prescribed in the Ordinance.
