R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a contract with the Beaumont Housing Authority to provide closed-
container garbage collection service for six housing projects for
a charge of $2,615.00 a month for a one ( 1) year period.
