WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of two parcels of property needed for right-of-way
purposes for their respective appraised values;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized:
Parcel 2 : 42,950 square feet in the J. W.
Bullock Survey
($ 9,860.00) .
Parcel 15: 12,484. 29 square feet in the J. W.
Bullock Survey
($1 ,863.00) .
