R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of four parcels of right-of-way needed for the Dowlen
Road Extension Project for their appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized :
Parcel 8 : 0 .282 of an acre in the Charles
Williams League
Owner: Hildegard Long
($24,185.70)
Parcel 9 : 0 .084 of an acre in the Charles
Williams League
Owner: Thelma Long McCoy
($3,900.00)
Parcel 10 : 0 .129 of an acre in the Charles

Parcel 1OB: 0 .008 of an acre in the Charles
