WHEREAS, bids were received for repairs to the roof of
Fire Station Number 4 ; and,
WHEREAS, Sabine Industries, Inc. , of Beaumont submitted
a bid in the amount of $7,948.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Sabine Industries, Inc. , is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Sabine Industries, Inc. , in the amount of
$7,948.00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same.
