R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the addition of gutter
to the north side of the City' s maintenance hangar at Beaumont
Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Jones Sheet Metal, Inc. , submitted a bid in the
amount of $1,054.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Jones Sheet Metal, Inc. , is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Jones Sheet Metal, Inc. , in the amount of
$1,054.00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery and installation.
