R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with Vinson, Elkins, Searls, Connally and Smith for
services as bond counsel in connection with the sale of
approximately $5 million dollars of certificates of obligation,
Series 1981, approximately $17.5 million dollars of water and sewer
system revenue bonds, Series 1982, and waterworks system refunding
bonds, Series 1981.
