R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont for itself and as trustee for
the Beaumont Independent School District and the State of Texas,
County of Jefferson, acquired property located within its taxing
jurisdiction resulting from delinquent tax sales in accordance with
Article 7345b, V.A .T.S. , and advertised for public invitation for
sealed bids to sell this property; and,
WHEREAS, the said taxing jurisdictions desire to accept the
following highest bid for the hereinbelow listed property:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, for and on
behalf of the City of Beaumont, to execute a Deed Without Warranty on
the following property, to the following party, in the following
amount, conveying all right, title and interest held by the City of
Beaumont to this property as follows, to-wit:
Lot No . Two ( 2) , Block No. Eighteen ( 18)

formerly 2225 Harriot Street
Bid - $1 ,550.00
